FTP access

Connecting to FTP

Open your application's information tab in admin console and scroll to FTP access section.
Use the URL, username and password to connect to your application through FTP.
Don't forget to configure your ftp client to use port 21.

If this is the first time you are connecting to FTP, don't forget to set your password in the admin console.

Change FTP password

Open your application's information tab in admin console and scroll to FTP access section.
Click the Change password link and set a new password for your account. The change will be applied within 60 seconds.

TLS encryption

EvenNode supports TLS encrypted connections.
Below you can find couple of clients with TLS encryption support.

• WinSCP (Windows) - Set file protocol to FTP with TLS Explicit Encryption
• LFTP (Unix, OS X) - TLS is automatically detected
• IglooFTP Pro (Windows, Linux) - TLS is automatically detected when enabled in Preferences > Security > Encrypt
• RBrowsers (OS X) - Set TLS through SSL Mode setting
