Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. We give you a full refund if you are not happy within 30 days of the purchase.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can launch your application without providing a credit card number. Once you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, we'll ask for your preferred payment method.

Do I need a credit card to purchase a plan?

No. You can use PayPal or wire transfer as well.

Do you offer dedicated servers?

Yes, dedicated servers are available on request. We customize each server to your needs. Contact us for pricing.

Can you help me with setup?

Yes absolutely. Please contact us with your questions.

What happens to my data if I decide to leave?

After your plan expires or you decide to cancel your application hosting we delete all your data.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

What happens if I use more storage than allowed in my plan?

When your app uses more storage than the limit of your plan, we charge you 2 EUR / GB / month for each started GB your app uses. We use a high-water mark approach where we charge for the highest storage usage during the previous billing period. For example: if your app used 2.4GB of storage on top of your plan's allowance, you will be charged 6 EUR on top of your bill for the month.

Do you offer cheaper plans?

If you are a startup or maintain an open source application let us know, special pricing may apply.

Does the price include VAT?

The prices are exclusive of VAT. In case you're in based in European Union and don't provide a valid VAT number, we charge your local VAT rate.
